Through the eyes of it’s hero, ‘chakki’ investigates the paths and hardships of a modest community flour factory proprietor Vijay, as he explores life, love, trust, desires and dreams. All that in his apparently blissful life flips around when he gets a strong bill of 1.5 Lakh for his flour plant. Going around aimlessly to get his bill revised, Vijay falls in an unending circle a.k.a ‘chakki’ of the quintessential legislative framework’s shortcomings and insufficiency.
