Thirty years after their well known TV program finished, chipmunks Chip and Dale carry on with altogether different lives. Whenever a cast part from the first series bafflingly vanishes, the pair should rejoin to save their companion.
Right off the bat in the film, Dale stars in his own show named Double-0-Dale. In the mid 90s, Disney was fostering a show called Double-0-Duck. This thought was rejected when it was found that the title “Twofold 0” is possessed by the bequest of Ian Flemming, creator of the James Bond books. Twofold 0-Duck was revised and became Darkwing Duck.
