First Blood (1982) Film Short Story :

John J. Rambo is a previous United States Special Forces fighter who battled in Vietnam and won the Congressional Medal of Honor, however his time in Vietnam still frequents him. As he came to Hope, Washington to visit a companion, he was guided away by the Sheriff William Teasel who affronts Rambo, yet what Teasel does not realize that his affront irritated Rambo to the point where Rambo got to be vicious and was captured. As he was at the province correctional facility being cleaned, he escapes and goes out of control through the woodland to attempt to escape from the sheriffs who need to murder him. At that point, as Rambo’s leader, Colonel Samuel Trautman tries to spare both the Sheriff’s area of expertise and Rambo before the circumstance escapes hand.
