You ponder what the fascination is for the producers for “Chicken Run”, “Box Trolls” and for the Bro Comedy “Hellfire and Back” to stop movement liveliness. It’s not as though experiencing the meticulous and arduous process naturally yields a visual character better than less work escalated creation techniques. So why not simply make it a toon? Anyway, the doubtlessly enlightening titled “Damnation and Back” lifts the route Satan from South Park is rendered entire, gives him “Breaking Bad’s” Bob Odenkirk’s voice and drops him in a brother satire. There he exchanges the standard brother jokes (for the most part gay person alarm jests) with the loafers who coincidentally fall into his underground domain. None of it is unpleasantly enlivening yet there are sufficient giggles to make it all genuinely harmless.
